He said: "It was bizarre.
"One of my mates called me and said 'get outside, there's UFOs in the sky'.
"We saw three, but apparently there were six or seven."
However, while the mysterious flying objects were seen in Port Talbot, across Swansea Bay in Blackpill illuminated balloons were being launched at the start of a walk in aid of the Joshua Foundation for children with terminal cancer.
