AGE Cymru Sir Gâr has set up a digital drop-in centre in Newcastle Emlyn to help people with their computer problems.
The sessions at the Teifi Valley Centre in Church Lane run from 10am to noon and 1pm to 3pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Sessions will help people start from scratch, surf the internet and shop online.
People can also learn to set up an email account, use Skype or upload pictures.
