Police tracking tipsy tipper's litter trail of empty tinnies in Swansea community

POLICE are looking for a beer thirsty fly-tipper who is dumping bags of empty cans in Morriston lanes.

The drinker has been leaving blue carrier bags full of empty Carling cans between lower Morfa Street and lower Crown Street, near the old canal bridge.
