Have say on local libraries
LIBRARY users in the Upper Swansea Valley are being invited to give their views on the services next month.
Powys Council's Library Service is taking part in a
national survey to identify trends and gather a snapshot of customer opinion and needs.
Adult visitors to the council's branch and mobile libraries may be asked to complete a survey asking for their views on opening hours, staff helpfulness, facilities and the quality of book, computer, multi- media and information services.

Myfanwy Alexander, cabinet member for learning and leisure, said: "We know that the people of Powys value their libraries, this survey will give us a chance to make the service even better in future."
The survey, which will start on Monday, October 8, and will last for about two weeks, is part of a national programme of information gathering required by the Welsh Government.
It will be available in both English and Welsh.
