“Mink are certainly not " cute an lovely", they are indiscriminate killing machines that do not belong in the Welsh countryside they have all but wiped out native species like water voles and moorhen on the Tawe, they need to be ruthlessly eradicated.”

“The trap ,traps them alive,an the trap is checked every 24 hours ,If anything else enters they can be released without harm .The Trap dose not kill”

“However lovely they look they are killing machines and not native wildlife. They were set free from the fur trade by activists whose only thought, quite rightly, was the cruelty of it and not the wider picture. I am an animal lover and numbers of certain species need to be controlled by the proper authorities. Can you be sure that no other animal will be killed by the traps?There was a cat caught in a gin trap in Bynea the other day, illegal and cruel.”
