Big Brother star Imogen contracts swine flu

BIG Brother star Imogen Thomas is under quarantine after contracting swine flu.

The Llanelli-born 26- year-old was diagnosed with the potentially-fatal virus on Monday after returning from a holiday in Marbella.

She has since been isolated at her flat in London and is taking antiviral medication Tamiflu.

In an exclusive interview from her home, she told the Post: "It's awful, I feel drowsy and need to sleep. Swine flu isn't exactly a good souvenir to bring back from holiday."

It is thought one of Imogen's holiday pals is also being treated for swine flu since they returned to the UK on Sunday.

Former Miss Wales Imogen is one of 7,447 people across the UK being treated for swine flu. In Wales there are now 34 cases — with four new cases confirmed yesterday.
