Put kettle on for fundraiser
MENINGITIS UK is appealing to your readers to grab their teapots and host a tea party for the charity this autumn.
TV star and Celebrity Masterchef winner Lisa Faulkner and tea company Twinings are backing our annual Time 4 Tea campaign to encourage people to get creative and help fight meningitis.
Lisa is offering her Fantasy Cake recipe from her new book to everyone who signs up. As a mother, Lisa knows that meningitis is a one of the diseases parents fear most.
People organising a fundraiser will also be sent a tasty tea pack, courtesy of Twinings, along with the chance to win a lavish hamper including their popular Dawn Chorus tea set.

Time 4 Tea is a good chance to gather friends and family or colleagues at work and put on a brew and bake a cake or two. The event allows for lots of fun and creativity from a Mad Hatter's tea party to a bake-off with friends.
Everyone who signs up to hold a Time 4 Tea will also receive a party pack with colourful balloons, bunting, posters, tips and a collection box to help their fundraiser go with a bang.
To sign up and help us wipe out meningitis, call 0117 303 3344 or visit www.meningitisuk.org/time4tea
