Located in the heart of the Brecon Beacons, Craig-y-Nos Castle is the perfect location for your special day

Built in 1844, Craig-y-Nos Castle offers a truly amazing setting for your wedding day. Made famous in 1878 by Adelina Patti, a popular opera singer of the time, we have a beautiful Grade One listed theatre which is very popular for wedding ceremonies. The theatre is the only location in Wales that allows you to get married inside the theatre itself! We can provide wonderful bed and breakfast accommodation for all of your guests, with fantastic rates available. Details for our wedding package can be found on our website.

The castle is also dog friendly venue should you wish to bring them along too. Located next to Craig-y-Nos Country Park, it gives you the ideal opportunity to take them for a walk whilst you enjoy the views of the scenic landscape. Our resident dogs Jack & Sheba are taken for walks daily for which you are welcome to join and experience some of the local trails.

For those of you that have an interest in the supernatural, the castle also offers ghost hunting. You can book a tour with our specialist ghost hunter, where you will receive an evening meal before setting off for a tour of the castle at night, in the hope of seeing something unusual!
