U2-2 were formed in 1993 by Luke Pepper and quickly became the most well-known U2 tribute, under the name 'Achtung Baby'. The band were formed as a look-a-like/sound-a-like band and have now performed over 1000 shows, all across the world.
They remain the only tribute to have performed alongside U2, receiving praise from Bono. (they were even led into U2's own changing rooms by mistake - Feyenoord Stadium/97)
U2-2 have once again been joined by Andrew Bagnall whom made the finals of ITV's 'Stars in their Eyes'.
The band perfectly recreate U2's vast arsenal of sounds and were winners of the 'Best sound-a-like' award on BBC1's 'Battle of the tribute bands'. Their past clients include BBC1, ITV1, SKY TV, RTE, Blackberry, The Irish Olympic Team's Events, Smantha Mumba, The Lightning Seeds, Jarvis Cocker and many more. Now celebrating 20 years as the world's best U2 show.
