Learn about the benefits of meditation and positive thinking, based on Buddha's teachings on developing inner peace. Everyone is welcome to these drop-in classes, which consist of a mixture of guided meditations and teachings, with time for discussion and question and answers. No prior knowledge or experience is required.
Mondays 12:30pm to 1:00pm, 11 February - 18 March.
Wednesdays 7:30 to 9:00pm, 13 February - 20 March.
Saturdays 9:30am to 10:30am, 16 Feb - 16 March.
Classes are drop-in with no need to book, and cost £5 each.
