Paula Gardiner, known as one of the UK’s most lyrical and melodic bass players, is one of Wales’ bravest innovative jazz performers/composers.  Joined by her regular saxophonist Lee Goodall and drummer Mark O’Connor, the performance promises to be a sheer masterclass in the art of the trio, borne out of the level of trust between musicians who have shared 20 years of collaboration. The evening also features a performance by the next generation; Jazz musicians from the Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama bring an energetic, youthful exploration and passion to their music.
