Alison George Estate Agents is a privately owned independent estate agency providing a high standard of service in all aspects of residential sales and lettings.

At Alison George, we do things a little differently.

First and foremost, we don’t employ Sales Negotiators in the traditional sense. Our sales staff are highly qualified, experienced property professionals who work solely on a commission basis. This means if your home remains unsold, our Sales Professionals aren’t getting paid. Quite simply, you won’t find a more motivated team in Estate Agency.

Because our Sales Professionals are in the business of selling homes, there are a number of practices we simply don’t indulge in. We aren’t in the business of inflating the price of your home to gain your instructions, only to recommend a price reduction a week later. We also aren’t in the business of taking your business just to stop a competitor getting it. Our business is to sell your home at the highest price the market will allow in a reasonable time frame. Most people may find our frank, honest and open approach to Estate Agency extremely refreshing.

We know that the biggest complaint made against Estate Agents is a lack of communication. In the past, if you didn’t call your Estate Agent, they certainly didn’t call you. At Alison George we speak to every one of our clients at least once every two weeks (or sooner if preferred) giving them constructive feedback on viewings, details of enquiries, progress of their sale and common sense advice.

We'll ensure you deal with the same Sales Professional from start to finish. We simply do not understand why in a traditional Estate Agency a "branch valuer" will take your instruction, list your home, then move on to the next house leaving the negotiators in the office little to no knowledge of your home. How can an Estate Agent talk to prospective purchasers about your home, promote it and sell it if they don’t know all about it and haven’t seen it?

Most of our business comes from referrals from delighted clients and we are confident that we'll exceed your expectations in every way. and if for any reason we don’t, we'll tear up your contract leaving you free to move to another Agent.
