Where does my mail go?
I WONDER if any of your readers could help me with a problem that seems to haunt me?
Whenever I post letters to County Hall or the DVLA, within the following weeks I am informed they have no record of my mail and ask whether I would send them a second set of forms.
I may just be very unlucky. Is it just my mail that gets lost or has anyone else had this problem?
