“not all convicted paedophiles are actually guilty. many are totally innocent. are you aware that in historical sex abuse cases the law assumes guilt, not innocence as in other criminal cases? that prosecution do not need any real evidence other than the complainants word? that prosecution do not need to prove guilt? they do not need to prove dates and times as in other cases. they simply try and convince the court that the defendant is not of good character. everything you say, is twisted by police, prosecution, and later by prison officers and probation. many so called professionals even when acting "for" the defence, see it as their duty to secure a conviction. juries cannot be objective either. once the finger has been pointed one is railroaded into prison and onto the sex offenders register. you get nothing more than a show trial, many times without leave to appeal. judges make deliberate "mistakes" in sentencing to discourage appeals. their instructions and your conviction(s) can get changed on paper.. given a date the offences were said to have occurred not mentioned in court. anything pointing to your innocence is never allowed in court. a single probation officer meets you for a few minutes and writes a damning report which affects the way you will be treated by police, prison and later, probation. you will spend your time in a sex offenders prison. not a bad life on the whole. but when you are released you are treated as a monster.. there is no work but you have to search to get the only benefit open to you. you must live your life whiter than white. or it is back to prison you go buddy. you cannot move, for fear that the police will inform your new neighbours. you cannot leave the country. everytime you change your number, or debit/credit card for example, or start seeing anyone, or think of spend time away from your home, you must inform the public protect unit. you must report every year and you are visited at home regularly too. polygraphs can be used against you, but of course, polygraphs giving rise to reasonable doubt as to your conviction cannot be used in the appeal court. and sometimes thats all one has. false allegations can be bought by anyone against anyone at any time. motives include money.. private prosecutions can now be bought against alleged abusers and compensation sought.. and there are clever people out there, abusers themselves, who have been known to treat their own kids (in adulthood) under the cover of hypnotherapy to cover their own abuse of their children and alter those memories subtly to replace themselves in them with another, entirely innocent individual.. and in cases of more recent allegations, aggrieved wives and girlfriends have been known to coach their children to lie to exact revenge on unfaithful men. simple envy is another motive.. when someone from your past, who once had a crush on you, finds out that you are settled, in a long term relationship, but that they themselves are not happy with their own life and see you supposedly doing better.. they can strike. there is a witch hunt going on right now. the nazis targeted the jews. witch trials targeted women. today, innocent men are being lied about and wrongly convicted to hell on earth thanks to public hysteria and lynch mob mentality more at home in a b movie than so called civilised society. think it wont happen to you? think again. i invite you to do your own research. what you find will shock and surprise you. assisted suicide on request would be good for anyone with this as their life. but of course, no-one yet elected has got the balls to write that into law, or even to allow fair trials.”
