AM backs devolution
SWANSEA and Wales have changed for the better since devolution, Swansea West AM Peter Black has said.
In his first annual report to constituents, the Labour AM described Wales as a much more confident country since 1999.
He added: "The face of Swansea has changed immeasurably with investments I have championed, such as Swansea's new medical school, the Institute of Life Sciences, the Waterfront Museum, the Amazon distribution centre and the award-winning SA1 development."
Mr Black urged Welsh people to vote for more powers for the Assembly in the upcoming March referendum.
"It will save time and it will save money (for Wales) too," he said.
