House scores a victory with match ball gift
SCARLETS history-maker Roy Bergiers has handed over a priceless piece of Welsh sporting legend — a match ball from Llanelli's 9-3 victory over the All Blacks.
The former centre, who scored the try that defeated the mighty New Zealand side at Stradey Park 40 years ago, says the ball is going to a good home.

For it will be a centrepiece at the historic Llanelly House when it opens this summer after undergoing a £6.18 million transformation. Mr Bergiers, who lives in Henflwch, Carmarthen, will also be dedicating his match shirt and that of opposing centre Bruce Robinson to the town's major heritage project.
