MUSIC came to the streets of Swansea as staff from the city's YMCA entertained shoppers.

DJs Skelektro and Dubble JD mixed some tunes and beats to promote the work the YMCA does in Swansea and highlight what services it provides.

Dubble JD, also known as Jamie Davies, said: "It started as a way to get people involved in what goes on at the YMCA but other people wanted to be involved too and it has ended up as a demonstration of what we can offer."

Also at the event in Oxford Street was Helen Hall, who is behind the new cafe at the YMCA, D'Lish.

Helen said: "The cafe will create five jobs and source food locally and will bring benefits to the whole community."
