Widespread flooding as heavy rain keeps on coming - and it's here all week according to the Met Office
FIREFIGHTERS are diverting flood water away from properties in part of Neath Port Talbot today, although no one has been evacuated.
One crew from Mid and West Fire and Rescue Service was called to Heol y Felin in Seven Sisters just after 12 noon.
And firefighters were also called to the Halfway Hotel in Llanelli after a report of flooding just after 11am this morning.
A Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service spokeswoman said: "There's water in the property that has entered through the cellar.
"The crew is involved using an ejection pump to pump the water out."
The fire service spokeswoman added that the Highways Department was also due to respond, bringing sandbags to help reduce the risk of further flooding.
A Met Office yellow alert was in place for heavy rain this morning.
Roads across the area had turned to rivers as we were drenched with torrential downpours.
That rain is forecast to continue all day
And it is pretty much the picture all week, with rain forecast daily, along with the occasional break of sunshine.
And by Friday the Met Office warns we could see thunder storms.
But temperatures will remain mild, in the mid-teens.
