Wheelie bins are answer
REFERRING to Agnes Williams of Loughor's comments about wheelie bins, bravo to Scotland who have wheelie bins for everything. The question of hygiene arises on this issue and not forgetting OAPs managing several different coloured plastic bags. Why would anyone deprive any pleasure in syphoning items to different coloured bags. Animals pick away at bags whether they have food content or not — that is due to their rummaging instinct
Surely wheelie bins are far from unsightly. They are hygienic and remember they are on wheels in order for OAPs like myself to manage them.
It is not a question of pretty plastic bags scattered outside — it is confining refuse all in one confine.
Appearance does not come into it — hygiene and mobility does, isn't that a treat!

“I was born in Wrecsam North Wales ( I now live in South Wales in Skewen ) , In Wrecsam we had general wheelie bins and green wheelie bins for years maybe even 15 or so years ago as I been down south 6 years now .In one job down here I had 5 year ago a man from Swansea area told me they didn't have wheelie bins just black bags an I was shocked I dono why Swansea council still use bags its as if they are behind the times”
