Wales in danger of falling in rankings
WALES will face Australia in Cardiff on Saturday in grave danger of dropping into the third division of world rugby.
Warren Gatland's side have to beat the Wallabies to hold their place in the top eight in the IRB rankings and claim a spot in the second batch of seeds for the next World Cup.
Defeat would see them drop below Argentina to ninth, leaving them almost certain to face a pool of death at the global tournament in 2015.
It would be a shattering comedown for Wales, who started the autumn with high hopes of leaping from sixth into the first group of seeds.
