Wales World Cup stars to be added to Swansea City's Wall of Fame
THREE players who represented Wales at the 1958 World Cup are among the latest Swansea City legends to be added to the club’s Wall of Fame.
Cliff Jones, Terry Medwin and Mel Charles will be recognised at a ceremony before tomorrow's game with Sunderland, along with 17 other greats.
The group of 20 are the second batch of stalwarts to have their names added to the wall by the Supporters Trust, which with eventually display 100.
Others inducted are Leighton James, Nigel Stevenson, Jeremy Charles, Steve Jenkins, Vic Gomersall, David Gwyther, Chris Coleman, Jimmy McLaughlin, Tommy Hutchison, Noel Dwyer, Geoff Thomas, Len Allchurch, Billy Hole, Roy Paul, Billy Lucas, Joe Sykes and Frank Burrows.
Their names will be unveiled on the Wall of Fame at the Liberty at 12.30 before Kevin Johns introduces them on the pitch prior to kick-off.
