WALES hero George North is being linked with a shock move to Northampton Saints.
The Scarlets powerhouse, who played in Saturday's Six Nations defeat of England at the Millennium Stadium, is believed to be a target for the big-spending Aviva Premiership outfit.

North, who has more than a year left on his current contract at Parc y Scarlets, is almost certain to be named in the British and Irish Lions touring party of Australia this summer.
The Saints are thought to be ready to test the resolve of the Scarlets. And they have already shown they are not afraid to target big names playing in Wales, having signed scrum-half Kahn Fotuali'i from the Ospreys.
