I READ with interest in the Liberal Democrat's latest newsletter that Helen Ceri Clark has claimed to be one of a number of councillors who argued against introducing the plan for dogs to be kept on leads in Skewen Park.

If that was true, how come Ms Clark originally voted for the plan?

How come Ms Clark did not sign the cross-party motion to withdraw the plan and reconsider a designated area for dogs in the park?

How come it was Keith Davies, another Liberal Democrat Councillor, who originally proposed the plan for dogs to be kept on leads?
