“Apologes "by bennyhill4 my remark was meant for by townhilltom.
Duty of care under the health and safety act When you had your child over to a school the school take responsibility for there care. The schools and commercial premises ( place of work and where the public use eg a shop) need to carry out a risk assessment taking into account the service uses in this case children. So if a child fell then the school could be held to account, thus opening an opportunity for a legal action ( court case) Since we live in a country where we have learned to sue and claim damages. Most places play safe and close
l hope Townhilltom you can now understand this”

“homeboy123: "But little Jill or john falls and injury's themselfs what l ask will be the out come...."
townhilltom: "homeboy123.........could you now repeat your comment in English?""
homeboy123: "bennyhill4, May be you could learn english"
Now I dont mean to be critical but I believe that the above is an example of what I believe is correctly termed an "EPIC FAIL" by the younger generation - often followed by a "LOLZ"
The whole town is white, lets hope a load of Pensioners dont go and spoil it
(I'm referring to the Swansea/Chelsea clash tonight for the slower amongst you)
I hope it snows hard again tomorrow, no work, child sitting watching Jeremy Kyle and Loose Women - sorted!
:-D”

“muld00ns, and what about the kids who live so far away that they have to catch a school bus. 6 o'clock news today, another school bus comes off the road in wales. Thankfully no injuries, but it could have been a lot worse”

“Why will moan about the schools being closed. But little Jill or john falls and injury's themselfs what l ask will be the out come suing the school the teacher and more stress. People will say but a child playing out on a pavement can slip so we can sue council. However when we hand a child over to a school we hand over there safety. Same when we enter a shop ( duty of care) If a school could give you a waver to sign again l ask how many would sign it and would it be lawful”

“Well i must say that the Kids play on the Roads and chuck snow balls while they are not in school , Doe's it mean if a child fall's or slips on the Road they will sue the council. to much H & S. . with all the rule's in being now . next they will moan that their school work is not up to date,”
