Trio linked with move to Holland
DAVID Cotterill and Tom Butler are again being linked with ADO Den Haag — along with Andrea Orlandi.
Cotterill and Butler were both mentioned as potential January targets for Swansea City's Dutch sister club last month.
Now Den Haag board member Paul Beyersbergen has claimed they have also been offered Orlandi, who impressed in his first league start of the season at Aston Villa on Monday.
"They are all interesting players, however all three are midfielders," Beyersbergen said.
"At the moment, we have filled that position already."
Swansea are keen to offload some of their fringe players during the transfer window.
Cotterill and Butler have not featured in the first team all season.

“"Meant to add that although Graham is a fairly good signing, we should have used that £3.5 million towards securing Borini instead. Already a proven class player in the Swansea City / Brendan Rogers mould.
-----------------
Borini agreed to the Parma move in principle before he ever signed on loan with us and confirmed it early on. Signing him permanently was NEVER a possibility. Regardless of which, Graham was a better bet as he has proven his scoring ability across multiple seasons, Borini for all his good play with us in his 5 month stint might have never matched that. Ideally we would have taken both. I would suggest we could have gotten Borini for less than we are spending on Lita when you consider the fee as well.
Cotterill to Den Haag could be a good move for all parties, he has quality but hasn't shown enough. Butler is a waste of time, good club man but not a good player. Orlandi we should be keeping hold of for the rest of the season as midfield cover.”

“what you have to realise is that fb was insured for a lot of money and if he is still on the books when it is decided he can no longer play the Swans will get payed out,but if he is not our player or is out of contract Swans will get nothing, all the Swans players are covered for this and if the player goes out of the game through injury the swans will collect, but the player can no longer play the game for money, let us hope he gets back to his best as he will be an asset, the worst could be that he can still play 10 or 15 game a season in the lower leagues and we will get nowt”

“If Bodde does come back he'll only last a few games. Time he moves on and with all of our best wishes. A quality player but he must be costing us a fortune.”

“A fit Bodde would be a huge asset and it would be good to see Tatey back, However, I only see Tatey as a squad player, as backup for injury and suspension.
He'a a whole-hearted, loyal and honest performer who always tries to give of his best but PL quality he is not.”

“No disrespect to Tom Butler (who obviously is a popular character at Swansea City)and above mentioned but we need 3 or 4 signings of the calibre of Sigurdsson.
last year must have tought us lessons on exposing positions and lack of cover.
Lets hope we see a full back, midfielder and another front man come in. Maynard & Adomah of Bristol City and Sordellof Watford look wise targets but fabio Borini would be the real capture”
