Transgender accused cleared of charge of rape and two of sexual assault
A TRANSGENDER man has been found not guilty of rape.
Nadine Williams, known as Dean, was also cleared of two counts of assault by penetration.

Williams, 39, of Dan-y-coed, Tonmawr, exhaled and looked up to the sky as the verdict was announced at Swansea Crown Court.
He was alleged to have pinned a woman down on a bed in a Neath house in October 2011 before raping her.

He was then said to have sexually assaulted her once in the bedroom and then again downstairs.
Williams had denied the offences, admitting he had sex with the woman, but said the acts were consensual.
The jury, of eight women and four men, returned their verdict in an hour.
