A queuing system will be in place at Cardiff Central station after the match and Queen Street station will be closed as usual after 15.15.

Jonathan Goode, Special Events & Security Manager for Arriva Trains Wales said "additional capacity will be provided, however we would like to remind passengers that seats will be allocated on a first come first served basis".

"If travellers are not attending the match we would strongly advise them to travel at a different time to avoid the crowds. Every effort is made to provide as much additional capacity as possible for major events in Cardiff and all our available trains will be in use."

Please follow these tips:

â—¦Please allow plenty of time for your journey.

â—¦Return to the station as quickly as possible after the event.

â—¦Please be patient - the queuing system is for your personal safety.

â—¦Purchase your return ticket in advance to avoid further delays at station.

â—¦Allow for weather conditions when queuing - ensure you are wearing warm clothing, hat, scarf, gloves, waterproof coat and suitable footwear and bring an umbrella.

â—¦Please be aware that the only public toilets available to passengers outside the station are next to the NCP car park behind Marland House (three can be accessed to the side of Burger King). There are passenger toilets on each platform.

â—¦If you require assistance when travelling by train, please let us know in advance.

â—¦If you are not going to the event, please avoid travelling to and from Cardiff Central station on that day.

â—¦Listen out for last minute platform changes - ask a member of staff to clarify if necessary.

â—¦Please be aware that smoking is not permitted anywhere on Arriva Trains Wales premises, including on trains and stations.
