Train delays after fatality in Llanishen
9.25 UPDATE: The lines at Llanishen have just reopened after the earlier fatality but there is still major disruption on the Valleys network, Arriva Trains Wales said.
Arriva trains Wales has confirmed a person has died at Llanishen.
Services between Cardiff and Penarth are delayed or cancelled at short notice. Replacement bus serives are being organised.
