THERE will be a chance to step back in time when the Merlin Festival takes place in Carmarthen next month.

It will be held on Saturday, August 14, on Guildhall Square with activities on Nott Square, Merlin's Walk and St Catherine's Walk.

Jolly jousters, juggling jesters and live performances will transform the town's streets with planned festivities including a wizards academy.
