Town councillors rapped for missing event at Glynneath Training Centre
A TOWN councillor has rapped his colleagues who failed to show up for a fact-finding mission.
An information evening was organised by the Glynneath Training Centre.
It invited town councillors to attend — but only two of them showed up.
One of the two, Robert Parry, said: "They were very disappointed.

"They put on a presentation and provided food and drinks.
"It's a wonderful training centre we have in Glynneath and it was a poor show by the council. I would like that noted."
The second councillor who attended, Del Morgan, said: "They did make an effort to present it professionally to us.
"They have been extremely successful over many years and have some very exciting projects on the horizon.
"They are going places. They are putting Glynneath on the map and they thoroughly deserve our support," added Mr Morgan.
