Toshack is back at Swansea City
TOSHACK is back on the coaching staff at Swansea City — but this time it is Cameron rather than John.
Swans legend John Toshack, the man who masterminded the club's first rise to the top flight, is currently managing in Azerbaijan.
But son Cameron, 43, has joined the coaching staff in charge of Swansea's Under-21 and Under-18 sides.
"To work with the club I have supported since I was a boy is a dream for me," said Toshack, who was on Swansea's books as a youngster but never played for the first team.
"Last season I was a season-ticket holder, so to come in every day and work with the club in a coaching capacity is an absolute pleasure.
"I have been studying football all my life and I couldn't have asked for a better teacher than my dad.
"He is thrilled for me and proud that the Toshack link with the Swans will go on."
