"I had a difficult first year due to injuries but I had great support and was able to put that behind me. Over the past three seasons, and the past 24 months in particular, I've been able to play a part in what the team is doing and it keeps getting better for me.
"I've had a good run this season, and that's something I've really enjoyed. I'm still learning a hell of a lot, from the coaches and my team-mates, but if I keep working hard I can hopefully cement my place in the team over the next two years."
Isaacs becomes the sixth player to re-commit to the Ospreys in recent months, following Lloyd Peers, James King, Joe Bearman, Rhys Webb and Duncan Jones.
