LLANDYBIE Tennis Club's ladies' team brought their South Wales Division Two Winter League season to a close with three games over the past month.

They lost 3-1 at Cardiff. Helena Nicholas and Chloe Alpine won one event, while and the second pairing were Hazel Davies and Gaynor Sutcliffe.

Against Whitchurch Tennis Club, the game ended 2-2.

Both pairings of Helena Nicholas and Hazel Davies and Chloe Alpine and Helen Morris won one event each.

The final match of the season was away to Bridgend, which Llandybie lost 3-1.

Morris and Alpine won one event, with the other pairing Helena Nicholas and Dorothy Singh, making her debut for the club.

Matches were supported by Set Ford's MOT Centre.

At the end of the month both the men's and ladies' team start the South Wales Summer League.
