TWO Llanelli teenagers arrested when a party at the house of a millionaire lottery winner descended into "fighting in the street" have appeared in court.

Courtney Shannon Colarusso, 18, of Havelock Street, and Kalem Dean Tinnuche, 19, of King George Avenue, appeared before Llanelli Magistrates' Court on Thursday and pleaded guilty after being charged with using threatening words or behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress, following a disturbance at the Five Roads home of millionaire Sandra Fosbrooke.

The former Asda shopworker, 51, famously hit the jackpot when she and former partner Ken Henry shared a £12.8 million lottery win back in 2005.

The couple, who separated earlier this year, enjoyed a glamorous lifestyle together before settling down and taking over the village pub, The Stag.

But on November 16, Mrs Fosbrooke hit the headlines again as six people were arrested at her Heol Hen home for a variety of offences when a party, believed to be marking her daughter Ffion's 16th birthday, got out of hand after being advertised on social networking sites.

Prosecuting Colarusso, Gerald Neave told the court there had been between 200 and 300 people on the street when police arrived at around 9.30pm.

Mr Neave told the court: "Officers were sent to a call in Heol Hen due to reports of fighting in the street.

"When they arrived one of the officers, PC Young, saw some 200 to 300 people out on the street.

"A large disturbance was going on resulting in numerous persons being arrested.

"The defendant was standing outside the property. She fell flat on her face on the pavement.

"PC Young approached her to help her get to her feet.

"She screamed, 'Get your f***ing hands off me'.

"She was very intoxicated and clearly under the influence of alcohol.

"PC Young escorted her to the road. She shouted at PC Young 'f*** off you f***ing ar****le'."

After being arrested, Colarusso replied: "Yeah, whatever."

Defending, Steve Lloyd said Colarusso did not realise it was a police officer trying to help her up.

He said: "She had been drinking. She wasn't in a good state.

"Her words were spoken out of concern and fear."

The court heard Tinnuche was arrested after officers witnessed him "kicking a wall in an aggressive manner".

Prosecuting him, Dennis Davies said that when police approached the defendant he also told them to "f*** off".

Defending Tinnuche, Gareth Jones said he had attended the party after friends saw it advertised on Facebook.

He told the court: "In fairness to him, he contacted the daughter to see if he was welcome and was assured he was."

Tinnuche also appeared for sentencing after last week admitting stealing a pouch of wine worth £13.97 from Asda in Llanelli.

Mr Jones said that since the incident, Tinnuche had moved into supported accommodation and had stopped drinking alcohol.

Both defendants were given 12-month conditional discharges for the offences and ordered to pay £85 each towards court costs. Tinnuche was also ordered to pay £13.97 in compensation to Asda.
