Tara's Strictly thrilled by dance chance
SHE is used to helping people fight the flab, and now she is set to slip on her dancing shoes for a worthy cause.
Personal trainer Tara Hammett is the latest name to sign up for the Evening Post's Strictly Swansea spectacular, which is set to take place later this year.

The fundraiser will pit well-known Swansea celebs and people in the community against each other on the dance- floor in a bid to raise cash for charities.
And 32-year-old Tara from Morriston could barely contain her joy about being asked to take part in the show.

"I am really, really excited about being asked to," she said.
"It is the first of its kind ever to be held in Swansea and it is an amazing idea.
"There will be amazing dresses, amazing hair, it will be great.
"I have never danced before and I am sure people will think I am fitter, but my flexibility is something I need to improve on.
"I am in it for the whole experience and to learn a new skill.
"It is an opportunity to do something I have never done before."
Tara will be joining the likes of Swansea Sound DJ Kev Johns, singer-songwriter and Cappuccino Girls mastermind Mal Pope and Gavin and Stacey star Melanie Walters for the showbiz evening which will be held at the Oceana nightclub in the city centre.
Each of the competitors will be put through their paces by the Swansea-based Demarco's Dance School and will be raising money for a chosen charity.
And while Tara said she hasn't yet decided on which charity will be her nominated good cause, there is one which she is keen to raise money for.
"Although I haven't decided what my charity will be yet, my lovely grandmother has Alzheimer's, so that is something close to my heart," she said.
"I also do classes at three care homes and some of the people I meet suffer with dementia.
"I think the night is going to be amazing, it is a glitzy evening and I am sure it will be a sell-out."
Other competitors confirmed so far are Mumbles hairdresser Lara Johnson and La Parrilla general manager Juan Hernandez.
More dancers for the event will be confirmed in the coming weeks.
