Talks to be held on new public loos in Glynneath's Welfare Park
TOWN councillors will decide next month whether to spend a penny on new public loos in Glynneath.
They are looking to convert the former old changing rooms in Glynneath Welfare Park into public toilets with disabled access.
Council clerk Clive Baker said he would be getting estimates ready for discussion at the January meeting.
