Swansea woman wins planning appeal
A WELSH Government Inspector has overturned a decision by Swansea Council to refuse a local woman planning permission for a new bungalow.
Jayne Langstone will now be able to build a new home on land adjacent to 146 Glen Road, in West Cross, following the intervention.
Following a site visit the inspector said: "The proposal would not be harmful to the character or appearance of the area and it would not cause any material harm to residents' living conditions."
