The 22-year-old said: “I was disappointed at the Olympics because I gave everything in the heat so when it came to the semi-final I didn’t have much left.
“So for me coming here was about – can I go for best times, pushing myself and can I improve as I go and not give everything at the early stages.”

“Pretty fantastic swim! Good to see her leave everything on the table. Maybe she can do some training in an Endless Pool to get on the medal stand next time! http://tinyurl.com/cwupm4w”
