Police investigate death of 22-year-old Charlotte Knight in Pontardawe
POLICE are investigating the unexplained death of a young woman from the Pontardawe area.
The 22-year-old, named locally as Charlotte Knight, was found at a property between Pontardawe and Godre'rgraig last Saturday evening. The former Cwmtawe Community School pupil's Facebook page said her favourite film and television programme was Swansea Love Story and Skins respectively.
She was also a fan of the music at Swansea's Escape nightclub, and said she had huge respect for the Armed Forces. There is also a picture on her page of a baby which is captioned 'my lil princess!'
A police spokesman said: "South Wales Police in Neath Port Talbot are investigating the unexplained death of a 22-year-old woman whose body was found at a house at Cilmaengwyn, Pontardawe, at about 7.11pm on February 9.
