Swansea couple say 'I do' with tattoo
A SWANSEA couple has shown there’s more than one way to say ‘I do’ after getting a permanent reminder of their big day.
Bride Andrea Leahy-James and her husband Paul James celebrated their special day by having ‘I do’ and the date they tied the knot tattooed on their wedding ring fingers.
The Waunarlwydd-based couple said they wanted to do something different to mark the occasion on Saturday and popped into Everlasting Inc, Brynymor Road, Swansea.
Andrea, aged 28, a senior support assistant, said: "A tattoo is a bit more permanent.
"It is something we are always going to have.
"We have got ‘I do’ and the date of the wedding as well so we never forget the date.
"It’s very surreal and painful."
