Swansea children to star in TV ad with David Beckham
HE is one of the most famous sporting faces on the planet.
So when three Swansea youngsters were chosen to star in a commercial with footballing superstar David Beckham, it was a major challenge to stay tight-lipped about their involvement until the six-week production process was completed.
But now, with the advert hitting the small screen, the trio can boast about their experiences.
The youngsters, who are all members of the Mark Jermin Stage School, are Cai Kaltenbach, 8, from Pontarddulais, Jacob Coates, 10, from Penllergaer, and Angharad Grunenberg, 9, from Cockett.

They were chosen from hundreds of hopefuls to appear in the promo for Sainsbury's supermarket's Active Kids campaign, which also features Swansea Paralympic gold medalist Ellie Simmonds.
Jacob, who can be seen in the commercial playing football as David Beckham looks on at youngsters kicking the ball around with friends, said: "From the first audition we were told that David Beckham would be in the advert, so everyone wanted to get it."
Cai Kaltenbach features hiding under the bed and being chased by his friend dressed as a mummy.
He said: "I love football and play on the weekends. David Beckham is amazing and I love that I can say I am in an advert with him."
Angharad Grunenberg is in the advert with Ellie Simmonds, being pushed in a wheelbarrow. Her mother Josie Grunenberg said: "We are absolutely delighted with Angharad's progress since she joined the school. She has had so many opportunities and has been cast in some great TV commercials."
Teacher and agent Mark Jermin said: "Every youngster loves David Beckham and to star in a commercial with him is a dream come true. It's great to give local children these opportunities."
