Swansea building society helps support charity fundraising drive
A SWANSEA branch of a building society is helping to support a charity in its fundraising efforts.
The Leeds Building Society is supporting the National Autistic Society by selling their Thomas and Friends Zip Pulls until Friday.
They are being sold for a recommended donation of £1 on the counter of the Union Street branch.
The cash raised will be invested in helping the lives of more than 2.7 million people affected by autism nationwide.
David Owen, Leeds Building Society Swansea branch manager, said the organisation was pleased to be supporting the charity and added: "All money raised will go towards The National Autistic Society, and will help make an amazing difference to people living with autism and their families."
