Former Swansea Student Raw Food Diet Book Out Now
Former Swansea University student Katie Li has just released her first book - 50 Percent Raw, available exclusively via Amazon Kindle. Katie has followed a 50% raw food diet for many years, and this has help keep her in wonderful health. She's now written a book to share her experience and help others get started on eating more raw food. There are many raw food books on the market, but this is the first to focus on eating a mixture of raw and cooked foods, and Katie is convinced that this is a better way to get more people to eat healthy food than going the 100% raw route, which is just too difficult for most people.
Katie is looking forward to visiting Swansea in early 2013 so that she can visit some of her old haunts.
