Electronic Cigarettes being 100% Legal in public places deliver nicotine in a vapour instead of a traditional cigarette which uses combustion and smoke. Vibrant Vapours stock a liquid nicotine which is used to refill their E-Cigs. This nicotine (referred to as E-Liquid or E-Juice) vapourises to produce a water vapour which looks and feels like smoke to the user.
