Swansea City linked with Bolton striker David Ngog
SWANSEA City have been linked with a move for Bolton Wanderers star David Ngog as Michael Laudrup looks to land a striker on deadline day.
The Swansea manager has made enquiries about a string of centre-forwards as he bids to bolster his frontline.
And the latest name to emerge is that of former Liverpool man Ngog.
The 24-year-old has only 12 months to run on his contract at the Reebok Stadium so could be available for a cut-price fee.
Former French Under-21 international Ngog has scored 12 goals in 77 games for Bolton since arriving for £4 million from Liverpool back in 2011.
He has struggled with fitness issues this summer and has been linked with a number of French clubs, though his representatives indicated he wanted to stay at Wanderers.
Ngog spent three years at Anfield, scoring 19 goals in 94 appearances.
