Swansea City boss backing Tremmel to grab his chance in Michel Vorm's absence
MICHAEL Laudrup has backed Gerhard Tremmel to grab his big chance in Michel Vorm's absence.
Vorm could be out of action until Christmas after being stretched off at Manchester City after suffering a serious groin injury.

Swansea City's head physio Kate Rees said: "Michel has a partial rupture of his adductor muscle. You are looking at six to eight weeks out."
His injury means Tremmel will feature when Swansea travel to Liverpool in the Capital One Cup on Wednesday and he is likely to be given an extended run in the side.

He has only featured in one Premier League game for Swansea since signing in the summer of 2011 — the 2-0 defeat at Stoke last term.
Swansea manager Laudrup said: "It's a big blow for us because Michel is a very good goalkeeper who has been playing well.
"But that is part of football. When you have lots of games you are always going to get injuries and suspensions.
"This gives a chance to Gerhard Tremmel and we have lots of confidence in him.
"We have big games coming up against Liverpool and Chelsea this week and I am sure Gerhard will be ready."
