Swansea City boss Michael Laudrup doesn't mind Twitter
MICHAEL Laudrup has revealed he does not mind his players using Twitter — because he can find out what they are up to.
Some Premier League managers have expressed concerns about social networking sites.
But the Swansea boss insists he is not worried by what his players are saying online.
"It's part of life right now, so we have to adapt," said Laudrup.
"The players are young men and this is the kind of thing youngsters like to do right now.
"We have to accept that, and I think it's quite good because I know where my players are.
"I don't go on Twitter, I am a little old for that.
"But the other day (during the international break) I had a phone call from my daughter saying Chico Flores was in Ibiza.
"I said 'How do you know that?' and she said 'I saw it on Twitter'.
"All I have to do now is call my kids and they tell me where my players are!"
