Swansea City and Wales left-back Neil Taylor plays first game since breaking ankle
NEIL Taylor made his first appearance since breaking his ankle in September as the Wales left-back played 45 minutes for Swansea City's Under-21 side against QPR on Thursday night.
Taylor had been expected to miss the entire season after breaking and dislocating his ankle against Sunderland earlier in the campaign, but he continued his recovery with an encouraging first-half display before being replaced by Connor Roberts at the interval.

The Swans were 1-0 up by the time Taylor was substituted, Josh Sheehan scoring from a fine cross by Curtis Obeng.
QPR responded strongly and, despite having a penalty saved by Swansea's David Cornell, Marc Bircham's side won 2-1 thanks to two goals from Peter Skapetis.
