“Graveyard maintenance is now becoming a national problem. The sooner cemetery burials are banned the better. We now live in a smaller world and families are not around much anymore to maintain family graves. Churches and chapels are closing leaving graveyards abandoned. Other forms of burial, eg woodland burials, do not generate the maintenance problem.”
