Swans rubbish talk of £3.5m Bodde bid
SWANSEA City last night dismissed reports claiming Bolton had made a fresh £3.5million bid for midfield maestro Ferrie Bodde.
Stories coming out of Lancashire suggested Swansea had turned down a second offer for the player, who Wanderers tabled £2.5m for last week. But Swans chairman Huw Jenkins rubbished such stories and insisted the club had received no fresh approach from the Premier League club.
"No, there's nothing new to say. We haven't had another offer," he said.

“How do you know Paulo Sousa isn't the man for the job Bob. The season hasn't even started yet and you're writing him off.”

“Bob
As far as my memory serves only OTJ has left the liberty even Dennis Lawrence was out on loan and his contract was not renewed so as for a mass exodus i fear you must be following a different team to the rest of us”

“Ferrie Bodde is a gifted footballer who can turn a game on it's head, but he is not committed to the swansea city shirt. He made his intentions known last season, and it has raised it's ugly head again. he has no respect for the club or manager, and is a liability. the sooner he goes the better!!!.
I fear too many cornerstones have been removed from last seasons side, and the mass exodus of players leaving the liberty will have a major impact on our ability to survive in the championship next season. I fear a return to League one is on the cards, as paolo souza is not the man for the job.”

“PETEY
Des trick now theres a name i would rather forget lol.
I agree Bodde should do one or the other on this score. We managed without him last season but just imagine what we would have been like if he had played past november.Personally i think we did well with and without him as 1 player dont make a team but in my opinion if he wants to go leave him go but the least he should do is either say he wants the move or get a new agent to prove evryone his loyalty is with us either way this situation needs to be sorted.I still think he will be here til january when RM will be keeping his eye on his development after his injury then he will come in for him.”

“Wayneo , if he doesn;t want to move he can do one of two things
1) come out and say so in the media
2) sack his agent who is clearly angling for a move
he has done neither and stop making him out to be some sort of lower lge zidane
A good player but easily replaceable, or are you another 1 taking in by the myth if he is a foreign player he must be brilliant.
I refer you to the likes of moriera in the past ex benfica and he was worse than the likes of des trick!”
